Fleetio Integration Features

How the FleetIT Integration Works

FleetIT will initially grab all the vehicles from Fleetio and then update them in the FleetIT system daily at 8 am (UTC time zone). Once FleetIT receives new tolls or ticket violations, Expense Entries are then pushed to Fleetio for the corresponding vehicles with the standard fields and custom fields as listed below.

Setup the FleetIT Integration

1. Generate the Fleetio API Key and Token.
2. Add the API Key and Token in the FleetIT Dashboard.

The following expense entry custom fields need to be added for the integration to work:

license_plate
registration_state
ticket_id
fleetit_fee
posting_date
transaction_date_time
exit_plaza
cash_cost
agency
vehicle_number
