Introducing the Automated Toll Processing Integration between Rentcentric and FleetIT

We are excited to announce our partnership with Rentcentric, a leading provider of automated tools and billing systems for the rental car industry. This integration will allow Fleetit users to automatically process tolls incurred by their rental vehicles, eliminating the need for manual work and streamlining the billing process.

How the Integration Works

1. Sign Up with Fleetit: The first step is to sign up for a Fleetit account. Once you have an account, Fleetit will set up an account for you with Rentcentric and enable the integration between the two systems.
2. Set Up the Admin Fee (Optional): You can optionally set up an admin fee to be charged to the customer on top of the toll amount. This can be done in the Rentcentric settings.
3. Automatic Toll Processing: Once the integration is enabled, tolls incurred by your rental vehicles will be automatically sent to Rentcentric through an API. Rentcentric will then automatically charge the customer and send them a notification.
4. Generate Reports: You can easily generate reports in Rentcentric to view all toll information, including the license plate of the vehicle, customer, date, transaction date, violation number, exit plaza, and amount.
5. Access Toll Details: You can click on any toll in the report to view detailed information, including the exit plaza, date, time, violation number, total amount, discount rate, and an image of the toll violation (if available).
